Amulet of Passage

This fine silver chain is unassuming, bearing a single arrowhead-shaped jewel. While you wear this amulet, it stirs thoughts of legendary battles and heroic deeds.


An ancient tale describes how Asmodeus, seeking to thwart the power of fate, placed obstacles in the paths of those mortal beings with the greatest destinies. To counter this affront, Kelemvor crafted the Amulet of Passage to guide the greatest mortal heroes back to the path that fate had laid out for them.

Erethal came across the amulet in his family account book, discovered in the Court of Bones. It was accompanied by a mysterious letter. The amulet seems to encourage Erethal to be more decisive, to keep on the move, and to seek adventure and heroic deeds. It is yet to be seen where the amulet will lead the group.

Concordance: 5 (Normal)


Enhancement: +2 Fortitude, Reflex, and Will

Property: +2 to Acrobatics and Athletic checks to escape, and Thievery checks to open locks.

Power (at-will): Standard ally. You attune an ally to the Amulet. While attuned and within 10 squares of you, an ally can use the Amulet’s powers (but not its other properties) as if he or she were wearing it.

Power (daily): Move action. You and each attuned ally can use this power once per day. You teleport a number of squares equal to your speed.
